Mystery Photo #6

Corinne, a medical student who was here in 2006, is now back for a second 3-month rotation! She told us the other day that she enjoyed our blog, but said, "What ever happened to the mystery photos?" So, here we go with ... mystery photo #6! As always, comments and guesses are welcome, and we'll "reveal" it in about a week.

No mystery to a marine biologist...rather than spoil the fun I'll give a hint: Darwin studied these before becoming better known for his theory of evolution. I also have an extra credit question: one species or two?

Hey, this would not be a mystery, but how about a photo of the army worm that (with his fellows) is eating Liberia?

as a reply to the extra credit I think its two, though if they have young, i guess the small ones are the younger creatures.. but if not then we only have one species, just depending between juvenile, eaten and not eaten..
